Introduction

If you've spent years taking care of everyone else, navigating painful relationships, or carrying the weight of trauma, grief, or family dysfunction, you may feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Healing is possible, and you don't have to do it alone. I work with adults from historically marginalized communities who are ready to better understand themselves, break unhealthy patterns, and create more fulfilling relationships. My practice is an inclusive and affirming space where every part of your story is welcomed with respect and curiosity. If you're ready to begin healing, deepen your self-understanding, and create lasting change, I'd be honored to support you. As a Licensed African American counselor, I provide affirming care for individuals navigating trauma, codependency, attachment wounds, complicated family dynamics, relationship challenges, grief, and spiritual concerns. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, strengthen your coping skills, and help you heal. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in practical, evidence-based therapies tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, challenged with compassion, and empowered to grow at your own pace. We'll work together to identify meaningful goals and build the tools to help you thrive.
