Introduction

Dr. Kimberly E. Johnson is a clinical psychologist and healthcare systems strategist with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health and nearly two decades of prior leadership experience in technology product development, marketing strategy, and business development. Her technology career included senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Adobe Systems, and TiVo, including serving as Director of Consumer Imaging within Hewlett-Packard’s Specialty Printing Division. Dr. Johnson later transitioned into healthcare, where she has spent more than twenty years improving behavioral health access, program design, and system performance. While serving at the Roudebush VA Medical Center, she helped implement integrated behavioral health services within a primary care clinic and later served as a national trainer and facilitator for Lean healthcare system redesign through the Veterans Health Administration’s Center for Systems Engineering. At Worldview Psychological Services, LLC. clients are treated in a respectful, culturally competent manner considering your perspective or worldview. Our mission is to offer culturally competent psychotherapy, consultation, community outreach and Executive Advisory services to individuals, CEOs and industry wide executive leaders.
