I'm a psychotherapist with a PhD in Psychology and Theology and specialized training in trauma, personality disorders, and differential diagnosis. My work draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and family systems work. As a Gottman-trained marriage therapist, I bring particular expertise to couples work, while my background in neuropsychology informs how I understand the mind-body connection in healing. I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan—from children and teenagers through adults and elders—addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, and personality-related concerns. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, processing difficult experiences, or seeking clarity during a life transition, I'm here to help you build practical skills and deeper understanding. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, and I am currently accepting new clients.
