Welcome! I am Dr. Rios-Lam, a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist at Raíces Counseling and Psychological Services. In Spanish, raíces means roots. I believe that knowing our roots can strengthen our sense of identity. My journey is deeply rooted in faith, community and a passion for empowering future generations. I am committed to walking alongside people from all backgrounds, offering support, guidance, and encouragement as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue growth and healing.
