Introduction

I have a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging moments while fostering personal growth and resilience. I specialize in supporting survivors of narcissistic and relational abuse, men navigating personal or relational challenges, new and expectant mothers, including single moms, and people exploring attachment patterns in their relationships. I also work with clients experiencing codependency, anger, and relationship struggles, helping them build healthier connections, stronger boundaries, and greater emotional awareness. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person’s unique experience, combining practical strategies with emotional support to create meaningful, lasting change. I provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment where clients can explore underlying issues and concerns. Together, we work to unlearn what no longer serves you and step into healthier, more authentic ways of being. I recognize that asking for help can be a difficult step, but it is also an act of great courage. Whether you are working through past trauma, navigating transitions in your relationships, or seeking support as a parent or partner, I am committed to helping you develop the tools and strategies to navigate life with confidence, insight, and resilience. I feel privileged to support clients through the therapeutic process and believe in the power of the counseling relationship to transform lives.
