Introduction

In a world that expects everyone to be an expert on everything all the time, it’s easy to feel like you’re falling short—like you don’t know enough, or worse, that something in you is broken. I don’t believe that. I believe every person is their own best counselor. Not because you’re supposed to have all the answers, but because you’re allowed to make mistakes, to learn, to grow, and to trust the inner wisdom you carry with you as you move through your life. My role is simply to walk alongside you as you reconnect with the parts of yourself that help you feel authentic and whole. In our work together, I focus on helping you strengthen your own voice and deepen your understanding of yourself, while honoring the systemic and relational barriers that may have made it hard to access that voice in the first place. We also address the ways the world can distort meaning, identity, and self‑kindness—how it can make something as simple as treating yourself with compassion feel like an act of resistance. I offer counseling, wellness coaching, and training rooted in acceptance, mindfulness, feminist, and relational‑cultural principles. These approaches create space for you to tell your story in your own time and language—and to revise it in ways that feel aligned with your values. My hope is that our work gives you room to build a life that feels grounded, meaningful, and unapologetically your own.
