I am Dr. Kristy Smith, a Doctor of Behavioral Health with 15 years of experience in social work and therapy serving a diverse population of individuals, couples, and families. My passion for helping others began through my desire to support individuals navigating life’s most difficult moments and empower them to rediscover hope, healing, and emotional balance. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients experiencing grief and loss, depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment challenges, parenting and co-parenting difficulties, stress, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is compassionate, supportive, and individualized to each client’s unique needs and experiences. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to work toward meaningful change. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I help clients develop healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and gain clarity as they navigate life’s challenges. Mission Statement: My mission is to provide compassionate, client-centered care that promotes healing, personal growth, and emotional wellness while empowering individuals and families to overcome challenges and live more fulfilling lives.
