Introduction

Hi, I’m Dr. Lanecha, a licensed mental health therapist, coach, speaker, and unapologetic 90s R&B lover. I specialize in helping self-doubting women navigate the silent weight of disconnection, reclaim their identity, and rebuild a life that feels authentic, safe, and whole. As a wife, mother, and woman who has walked through burnout, identity loss, and the exhausting cycle of pouring into everyone else, I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the noise of life. I also know the power of reclaiming who you are, rewriting the stories that kept you small, and finally feeling safe in your own voice. That’s why I bring the HER Out Loud™ transformation into my therapy work. This approach blends therapeutic depth with identity reclamation so that healing isn’t just about managing symptoms but more so about becoming the woman you trust. In our therapy work together we'll go through 3 phases: Identity Reclamation → untangling from shame, doubt, and external expectations so you can reconnect with who you truly are. Voice Ownership → learning to honor your needs, speak your truth, and rewrite the internal narratives that have kept you silent. Bold Expression → practicing the confidence, boundaries, and self-trust that allow you to live fully, freely, and unapologetically. With over a decade of leadership and clinical experience, I combine strategy, empathy, and a touch of humor to create a safe space where you don’t have to shrink, pretend, or carry it all alone. My clients are ambitious, caring women who often feel lost in their own lives. Reporting that they are hustling for their worth, questioning their abilities, and struggling to feel “enough.” In therapy, they learn to release that weight and step into a grounded sense of self that lasts. If you’re tired of just coping and you’re ready for a deeper transformation therapy with me offers more than relief. It’s a chance to reclaim your voice, your story, and the life you deserve.
