Many of us have been taught that the answer is simply to keep pushing. Keep producing. Keep taking on more responsibility. Keep showing up for everyone else. We tell ourselves that once this deadline passes, this project is finished, this crisis is over, or this season of life ends, we’ll finally have time to breathe. But for many people, that moment never comes. The irritability, disconnection, overwhelm, and constant feeling of being stretched too thin are not character flaws to overcome, but signals asking for your attention. Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, process difficult experiences, and align their lives with their values. Together, we work toward greater clarity, emotional balance, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of purpose and direction. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John1:5
