I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctoral degree specializing in high-functioning couples and individuals in New York City, Westchester, and throughout New York State. I offer virtual sessions. I work with couples who are going through periods of transition, including early partnership, engagement decisions, parenthood, or moments when connection begins to feel harder to access. Conflict is not always the primary issue. Many people I work with are functioning well on the surface, but on the inside or in their relationships, they feel distant, stuck, or misaligned underneath. I work with individuals grappling with many of the same issues -- many things going well, or who look successful to others, but on the inside, they feel something is missing -- a sense of freedom, flexibility, the ability to let others see them for who they really are. Many clients tell me that after working together, they have more clarity around their relationship patterns, a deeper understanding of what brings them joy and ease, and a sense of moving through life with more options. They also tell me that they feel that they have more ways to approach stressful situations and meet challenges in ways that feel authentic to who they are. Couples tell me that their relationships feel more connected, and that they develop a deeper sense of who they are and who their partner is, which allows for more understanding, empathy, and meaningful clarity about how to move forward together. New parents also find couples work helpful as they navigate new patterns and new roles -- as parents, at work, and in their relationship with each other. I am an out-of-network therapist, and I provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. I offer a 20-minute free discovery call and invite you to reach out if it seems like we might be a good fit.
