I’m Dr. LaShawnda Lindsay, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Educational Psychologist with experience supporting teens, adults, couples, and families through life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, grief, self-esteem concerns, relationship stress, and major life changes. My approach to therapy is collaborative, honest, and tailored to the unique needs of each client because I believe one size does not fit all. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and create meaningful change that feels realistic and sustainable for their lives. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to show up as their authentic selves. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season, working through past experiences, or looking to build healthier patterns and emotional wellness, therapy can provide a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
