I am a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) and Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) who works with individuals and couples navigating emotional, behavioral, relational, and life challenges. My approach combines behavioral science, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and recovery-oriented principles to help clients better understand the patterns influencing their thoughts, emotions, choices, and relationships. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding what is happening beneath the surface especially the grief from separations, transitions, and non death losses. Together, we identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, develop practical strategies for change, strengthen emotional regulation and communication, and work toward healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I provide a space where clients can speak openly, gain insight, and develop skills they can use beyond the therapy session. For individuals and couples who desire faith to be part of the therapeutic process, I also offer the integration of biblical principles and Christian perspectives at the client’s request. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or working to strengthen your relationship, my goal is to help you move from simply understanding the problem to developing the insight, skills, and confidence needed to create meaningful and sustainable change.
