Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and finding the right therapist is an important step. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself — without judgment, pressure, or the sense that you need to have everything figured out. I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-esteem concerns, ADHD-related challenges, and patterns that may be keeping them feeling stuck. I also work with individuals seeking deeper self-understanding, greater emotional balance, and more fulfilling relationships. My approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from cognitive and behavioral therapies (including CBT, ACT, and DBT), psychodynamic and insight-oriented approaches, emotion-focused work, and other therapeutic frameworks based on your unique needs and goals. Therapy with me is thoughtful, warm, and conversational — a space to better understand yourself, strengthen coping, and move toward meaningful and lasting change. I provide telehealth therapy for adults in Colorado and participating PSYPACT states.
