Introduction

Here at The Wildflower Collective LLC my mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy that empowers individuals to heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where every person feels seen, heard, and valued. I utilize techniques derived from a variety of therapeutic lens, including attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy. I have an attachment trauma treatment certificate and am trained in EMDR.
