Introduction

I work with children, teens, and parents who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. If your child is struggling with anxiety, ADHD, big emotions, or behavior challenges, it can quickly start to impact everything—home routines, school, relationships, and your confidence as a parent. Many families come in feeling exhausted, second-guessing themselves, and unsure what’s actually going on underneath the surface. My approach is both insight-oriented and practical. I use an attachment-based, psychodynamic lens to understand the deeper patterns driving your child’s behavior, while also incorporating evidence-based, skills-focused strategies to create real change in everyday life. This means we’re not just talking about the problems—we’re actively working on solutions you can use at home right away. Treatment is tailored to your family. I support children and teens in learning how to manage anxiety, regulate big emotions, and build confidence, while also helping parents improve communication, reduce power struggles, and feel more clear and consistent in how they respond. You’ll leave sessions with a better understanding of your child and a plan you can actually follow. The goal is simple: help your child feel more capable and regulated, and help your home feel calmer, more connected, and easier to navigate.
