Introduction

Stress, eating, sleep, and relationships are all part of being human. I work with thoughtful, ambitious adults who may appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, tired, or disconnected on the inside. Many are carrying a lot—work, relationships, and expectations—while struggling with sleep, health habits, or self-doubt. Together, we focus on helping you feel more calm, balanced, and at ease in your body and life, with gentle and practical support, grounded in compassion. As a California-licensed psychologist with nearly a decade of experience in behavioral medicine and health psychology, I help high-functioning adults manage stress and anxiety, sleep, eating and weight concerns, perfectionism and imposter syndrome, lifestyle change, and relationships using a collaborative, evidence-based, mind-body approach. Therapy with me is a supportive, judgment-free space to slow down, gain clarity, and build sustainable changes that actually fit your life. If you’re looking for thoughtful, personalized care to help you feel more at ease and aligned, I’d be happy to support you.
