I’m Dr. Lindsey Parramore Oliver, a licensed master social worker (LMSW) therapist who provides secure telehealth counseling to women across the state. I specialize in supporting women experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma, especially during major life transitions like pregnancy, postpartum, early parenting, perimenopause/menopause, career changes, or shifts in relationships. A significant part of my work is focused on helping clients heal from trauma, process grief and loss, and rebuild their sense of self-worth. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where women can explore their stories, reclaim their well-being, and build resilience. I bring over two decades of experience working with families on issues such as parenting, behavioral challenges, and crisis support. I have found that our early family relationships often shape us in profound ways, and understanding that history is a powerful step toward personal growth. In practice, I integrate Person-Centered Therapy, strengths-based approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tailoring care to each woman’s unique needs and honoring the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of wellness. Inspired by Brené Brown’s research on shame and vulnerability, I view the therapeutic relationship as a sacred space where healing begins when we allow ourselves to be seen and supported without judgment. Women often carry the weight of caring for others while quietly setting aside their own needs. Choosing therapy is a courageous first step, and it is an honor to walk alongside you as you embrace healing and create lasting change for yourself and for the generations connected to you.
