Introduction

I’m Dr. Lindsey Parramore Oliver, a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with a doctorate in social work. I provide telehealth therapy for women throughout Georgia, offering a supportive place to talk honestly about what feels difficult and work toward changes that matter to you. I support women navigating anxiety, depression, grief and changes in their relationships or sense of identity. My interests include the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and perimenopause and menopause. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or accustomed to putting everyone else’s needs first. You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. My background includes more than two decades of work with children and families around parenting, behavioral challenges, and crisis support. That experience informs my understanding of how family relationships, past experiences, and current responsibilities can affect emotional well-being. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we can explore patterns in your thoughts and relationships, develop practical coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and make room for your own needs. We may also explore how earlier experiences influence the way you see yourself and respond to challenges today. Your values, culture, relationships, and spirituality are welcome in our work, guided by what matters to you. I aim to bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty to our sessions. There is room here for complicated feelings, uncertainty, and the parts of your story that can be hard to share. We will work together at a pace that respects your needs, building on your strengths and identifying manageable steps toward the life you want.
