My name is Dr. Lleidy 'Reina' De Leon, DSW, LCSW. Buscando Mi Destino, LLC is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health practice dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward healing, resilience, and self-discovery. Founded and led by Dr. Lleidy I. De Leon, DSW, LCSW, our practice blends clinical expertise, lived experience, and deep community connection to provide care that is both compassionate and effective. We specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, life transitions, and forensic and court-involved concerns, while honoring each client’s unique story, culture, and strengths. Our approach is collaborative, empowering, and rooted in dignity and respect. Our growing team includes five dedicated clinicians, allowing us to offer personalized care and timely access to services. We proudly provide bilingual services in both English and Spanish, ensuring that language is never a barrier to quality mental health support. With offices in Hartford and Plainville, we are committed to serving diverse and underserved communities across Connecticut — helping clients not just survive, but truly thrive.
