Introduction

Hello! I am a licensed clinical psychologist (CA PSY 34659) and neuropsychologist who works with individuals across the lifespan (ages 6+) experiencing cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and neurological concerns. My approach focuses on understanding the whole person, not simply a diagnosis, and considering how brain functioning, health, life experiences, relationships, culture, and environment may contribute to current difficulties. A major focus of my practice is comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessment. I evaluate concerns involving attention and ADHD, autism, learning and developmental differences, memory and cognitive decline, dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury and concussion, as well as complex questions involving mood, anxiety, trauma, and everyday functioning. My goal is to provide more than test scores or diagnostic labels. I translate findings into a clear understanding of each person's strengths and challenges, with practical recommendations to support treatment, education, work, rehabilitation, and daily life. I also provide psychotherapy, coaching, and consultation for depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, men's mental health concerns, life transitions, and neurological or medical conditions. Care is collaborative, individualized, evidence-based, and trauma-informed, with the goal of promoting greater clarity, understanding, and meaningful next steps.
