Introduction

Hello, I’m Dr. Lydiana García, a licensed bilingual psychologist (CA & FL) and author of Transforma tu herida materna. I work with people who have done the work but still feel something unresolved. Many are therapists, healers, caregivers, or high-functioning individuals who hold a lot for others, yet notice patterns that keep repeating in how they relate to themselves, their boundaries, and their sense of self. You’re not new to growth. You’ve read, learned, maybe even guided others. You understand your patterns. But insight hasn’t fully shifted how you feel or how you show up in your life. There may still be anxiety, disconnection, or a sense that you’re carrying something that doesn’t fully belong to you. This is not traditional therapy. We don’t stay at the level of insight or coping. My work integrates psychology, somatic awareness, and relational, ancestral, and spiritual patterns. We slow things down and begin to work with what lives in your body, your history, and what may not have started with you. This includes early relational experiences, inherited patterns, and the ways your system learned to adapt and survive. You don’t have to come in with the right words or a clear plan. We begin with what’s here. Together, we make sense of your experience in a way that is grounded, direct, and honest. This is not about fixing you. It’s about understanding you and creating space for something different to emerge from within you. Many of the people I work with are used to being the ones who hold space for others. Here, you don’t have to do that. You get to be the one supported. Over time, this work supports a deeper sense of clarity, agency, and sovereignty in how you relate to yourself, your relationships, and your life. Available in-person (Wesley Chapel, Florida) and via telehealth in Florida and California.
