Introduction

If you're visiting this page, you may be carrying something heavy: grief, relationship struggles, or simply the sense that life isn't working the way it should be. Inevitably, we all encounter hardships and difficult seasons of life. I work with people struggling with marriage or family relationships and those dealing with a variety of losses. My goal is to help them find hope, healing, and connection. With close to two decades of marriage, two children, and a deep faith, I understand how life's hardships impact all areas of our lives. My work is guided by evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy and grief care, and is grounded by a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I'm here to walk with you and provide support as you move toward healing, connection, and peace. I offer telehealth appointments to residents of Texas and in-person appointments in Midland, TX. If you would like to schedule a free 15-minute consultation, use the appointment request button below.
