Introduction

I founded Soma Psych Family Therapy because I believe healing happens when you have the right fit—a therapist who understands your unique story and meets you where you are. Our practice brings together clinicians with diverse lived experiences and specialized training in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Whether you're processing past trauma, navigating couples issues, managing mood or substance concerns, or simply seeking support through life's difficult decisions, we offer evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, somatic work, and breathwork. I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan—from children through adults—and accept most major insurance plans. All sessions are conducted via telehealth, making care accessible from home. We're currently accepting new clients and committed to helping you move forward with clarity and compassion.
