Introduction

Dr. Mary Grabowski is a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist specializing in psychological and neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan. Cape Cod Psychology provides comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with questions involving ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, executive functioning, learning disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, memory loss, mild cognitive impairment, and dementia. Evaluations integrate testing with developmental, educational, medical, and family history to provide clear diagnostic conclusions and practical recommendations for treatment, school, work, and daily life. Dr. Grabowski takes a neurodiversity-affirming, strength-based approach. The goal is not simply to assign a diagnosis, but to help individuals and families understand how the person processes information, identify areas creating difficulty or an executive-functioning bottleneck, and determine which supports are most likely to improve functioning. In-person evaluations are available in Barnstable and Forestdale. Telehealth is available for appropriate intake, collateral, psychotherapy, and feedback appointments. Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare are accepted for eligible, medically necessary services. Coverage depends on the referral question, individual benefits, and applicable coverage criteria. Any anticipated noncovered services and patient responsibility are discussed in advance. Private-pay evaluations are also available.
