Introduction

Do you feel disorganized, discouraged, disengaged, or distressed? Do you feel intensely sad? Are you struggling to attend, focus, and concentrate? Are you experiencing decreased memory, mental agility, and emotional agility? Have those around you commented on your rising level of irritation, frustration, or anger? Conditions such as anxiety, depression, learning differences, obsessive compulsive disorder, and neurodevelopmental disorders (such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism) can affect how individuals think, feel, relate to others, and function in daily life, often in ways that extend beyond a single symptom or diagnosis. These struggles can keep you from accomplishing everything you are capable of accomplishing. As a Psychological Associate (California Board of Psychology) and Licensed Educational Psychologist (California Board of Behavioral Sciences) with dual doctoral training in clinical and educational psychology, I provide psychotherapy, psychological assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and neuropsychology informed services for adolescents and adults, with a focus on complex and overlapping presentations. I am intensively trained in: • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) • Internal Family Systems (IFS) • Neuropsychology of Behavior and Learning. I look forward to welcoming you into my office in peaceful Westlake Village, California, or supporting you via online therapy. (Online therapy appointments are available for clients residing in California, Florida, Ohio, and select other states. If you reside in a state other than California, Florida, or Ohio, please inquire prior to scheduling your first appointment.) http://www.evolverepsychology.com
