I served as an Army psychologist for 5 years where I received cutting edge training and experience in trauma treatment. Since opening my practice in 2016, I have continued to treat survivors of childhood trauma, sexual trauma, and military trauma alike. I've also worked with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I believe the great benefit of therapy is to go beyond reducing symptoms, and gain insight into why those symptoms are present so we can gently resolve them at a deeper level. My integrated approach combines psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and trauma focused therapies. I believe restoration, renewal, and resilience are possible.
