Introduction

Welcome to My Practice I’m Dr. Michelle Sierzega, Psy.D., a Licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist. I provide individual, couples, and group therapy, as well as psychodiagnostic testing and forensic assessments. My practice is rooted in empathetic, trauma-informed, evidence-based care for adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, existential questions, and relationship challenges. With experience in both clinical and forensic settings, I bring careful, ethical attention to every case — always with respect for cultural identity and complexity. I strive to create a space that’s inclusive, affirming, and grounded in trust. If you’re facing a difficult time, you don’t have to do it alone. I invite you to reach out.
