I came to this work through both professional training and lived experience. After years in a high-level corporate role, I found myself outwardly successful, yet internally misaligned. That turning point led me to the field of psychology and to the work I now offer—supporting others in reconnecting with themselves in a more honest and sustainable way. Many of the clients I work with are navigating high levels of stress, overwhelm, or a sense that something in their life no longer fits. They may be functioning well on the outside, yet internally feel disconnected, uncertain, or searching for meaning and direction. I frequently support individuals working through anxiety, life transitions, and deeper questions related to identity, purpose, and alignment. My approach is integrative and grounded in a biopsychosocial-spiritual perspective. This means we don’t just focus on symptoms—we explore your experience as a whole. Our work together creates space for reflection, insight, and practical change. Rather than rushing to fix what you feel, we take the time to understand it, allowing more meaningful and lasting shifts to emerge. In our work, you may begin to see yourself with greater clarity and compassion. You’ll develop tools to navigate challenges more effectively, expand your capacity to cope, and begin to release patterns, beliefs, or expectations that no longer serve you. Over time, many clients find they feel more grounded, more capable, and more aligned with who they are and how they want to live. If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to reach out when you feel ready.
