I work with adults via telehealth for individual therapy. I specialize in adults who are parents and experiencing stressful life events and transitions, as well as adults with diagnosed and undiagnosed ADHD. I also regularly treat comorbid conditions like anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. As a parent myself and a provider with extensive work evaluating neurodivergent children and adolescents, I enjoy assisting individuals who are living with neurodivergent family members (spouses and/or children) with improving their relationships by facilitating their understanding and effective communication. As a health psychologist, I am also dedicated to assisting those living with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and epilepsy, and I have worked in adult and pediatric Diabetes and Epilepsy Centers at teaching hospitals throughout the nation. Furthermore, I am particularly passionate about working with women across the lifespan who experience physical and mental-health effects associated with hormonal changes and imbalances (e.g., PCOS, infertility, peri/menopause, premature ovarian insufficiency, etc.) I also oversee and provide psychological and neuropsychological testing to children, adolescents and young adults to give an overview of cognitive abilities to determine individual strengths and weaknesses, assist in diagnostic clarification, and provide treatment and educational planning.
