As a clinician, I don’t believe in an ideal client. Every person brings their own story, history, and resilience into therapy, and I feel honored to meet each individual where they are. Many of the clients I work with are navigating eating disorders, body dissatisfaction, trauma, personality disorders, and mood disorders. I also specialize in supporting adult children of narcissistic or emotionally unavailable parents, as well as individuals exploring how family dynamics and parenting styles have shaped their sense of self. You might find yourself feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of who you are outside of old roles or expectations. Maybe you’ve spent years trying to hold everything together while quietly struggling inside. Wherever you are on your journey, you don’t have to face it alone. My work is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) an approach that helps you build practical skills for managing emotions, navigating relationships, and cultivating mindfulness, all while honoring your unique lived experience. In our work together, we’ll balance acceptance and change, making space for compassion, while also moving toward the life you want to build. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and focused on creating safety and understanding. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. You just need a place to land, and I would be honored to offer that space to you.
