Introduction

Hi, I’m Dr. Nicole Nocera, a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD). Compassion, honesty, and fairness guide my life and work. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I offer a personalized, comprehensive approach to support your goals. While starting therapy may feel new and uncertain, it can be deeply rewarding. My goal is to help you move toward what supports your growth and let go of what no longer does. Above all, my hope is for you to be well—whatever that looks like for you. Creating an inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive space is central to my practice. All people are welcome. Be Well Mental Health offers Individual Therapy and Psychological Assessments for ADHD or OCD. Be Well Mental Health accepts insurance and self-pay. If you have insurance that is not listed below, please email me as we may still be able to work together.
