Introduction

If you’re here, chances are something isn’t working the way it used to—and you’re ready for that to change. I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing therapy and medication management for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I offer telehealth across Arizona as well as in-person care, to make support more accessible and consistent. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and practical, integrating CBT, ERP, MBCT, Gestalt therapy, and DBT-informed skills to help you better understand yourself, regulate emotions, and build tools that actually work in your daily life. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite like yourself, you don’t have to carry that alone—we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, supported, and in control.
