Hi, and welcome! I’m Dr. Rachel Conner, a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of Conner Psychology. I believe therapy works best when we can look at the whole picture—not just one symptom or problem, but the relationships, experiences, habits, and transitions that shape how we move through life. Life rarely fits neatly into one category. Relationships affect our work, our health affects our mood, and major changes can make us question who we are and what we want. I work with adults navigating life transitions, such as challenges or changes in work, relationships, health, habits, and the many places where these parts of life overlap. I have a special interest in supporting people navigating GLP-1 medications and bariatric surgery, including the emotional and behavioral changes that can come with significant changes in health, routines, and identity. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, with space to slow down, understand what’s happening, and figure out what comes next. Therapy is a place to feel more grounded, understand yourself more deeply, and make changes that feel meaningful to you.
