Hello, I’m Dr. Raphael Omoto, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. I have been with Acumen Health LLC for three years, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs. At Acumen Health LLC, we specialize in treatment-resistant depression, ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related conditions. For individuals who have not improved with traditional antidepressants, we offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): a structured, carefully monitored approach that combines ketamine treatment with psychotherapy to promote symptom relief and deeper emotional healing. We provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults, focusing on improving attention, organization, and emotional regulation. We are also committed to creating a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, offering inclusive, gender-affirming, and stigma-free care. Our goal is to reduce symptoms, restore hope, and support lasting mental wellness through collaborative, personalized treatment.
