Hi, I'm Rhonda and I specialize in working with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families as they navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with specialized training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have also been trained in Incredible Years and Reunification Therapy. I became a social worker because I believe people deserve a safe place where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Throughout my career, I have seen how difficult experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world—but I have also seen the incredible capacity people have to heal and grow when they have the right support. As a therapist, my goal isn't to tell you who you should be or how you should live your life. I want to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, heal from experiences that may be holding you back, and develop the tools you need to create a healthier and more fulfilling life.
