Introduction

I’m a clinical psychologist passionate about helping adults, teens, and families build the confidence and tools they need to set and achieve meaningful goals. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or looking for long-term support, I’m here to help as you take charge of your journey. Because I run a one-person practice, I’m able to offer truly personalized care—with flexible scheduling, timely follow-up, and a focus on working with clients whose needs align with my strengths and specialties. ________________________________ Specialties & Services Psychological Evaluations: I specialize in comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for autism across the lifespan—working with children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is thoughtful, precise, and grounded in years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals. Background in Education: Before entering private practice, I spent over a decade as a school psychologist. That experience gave me deep insight into the special education system, and I regularly support families at Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings following an evaluation. Therapy: I offer both short-term and ongoing therapy. My areas of focus include OCD, autism, ADHD, tics, anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. I work collaboratively with adults, adolescents, children, and families to identify patterns, build new skills, and move toward meaningful change through use of behavior, exposure, acceptance, and cognitive therapies. An Affirming Practice: As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and affirming space for all clients. I’ve worked closely with queer individuals and understand how identity, relationships, and everyday life can bring unique challenges. ________________________________ Getting Started: If you're interested in starting therapy or want to learn more about a psychological evaluation, I’d love to hear from you. I’m an out-of-network provider and am happy to help you understand and navigate your out-of-network benefits.
