I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, sleep problems, healthy lifestyle, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties, as well as challenges related to immigration and questions of identity. I also support expecting parents and parents of young children around early development and caregiving. I offer a safe, collaborative space to process difficult emotions, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change. My clinical approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
