Welcome. Midlife can change a relationship in unexpected ways. I work primarily with high-capacity couples navigating recurring conflict, unequal roles, mental load, and disconnection. Parenting, career stress, chronic illness, including neurodivergence, and cultural or family expectations can leave both partners feeling exhausted and misunderstood. Together, we’ll slow down, make sense of the patterns shaping your relationship, rebalance responsibility, and create more space for trust, connection, vulnerability, and mutual influence. To build change, we’ll compassionately explore next steps. I specialize in strength-based couples therapy for relational inequity, emotional labor, and power dynamics. Using systemic, feminist-informed, and Medical Family Therapy approaches, I help couples understand the impact of neurodivergence, such as ADHD, on the relationship—reducing blame and creating greater empathy and connection. If you’re exhausted from carrying too much, feeling unseen, or caught in the same painful patterns, you’re not alone. Therapy offers a compassionate space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the conflict, and find a clearer path forward—whether that means restoring connection, creating greater balance, or thoughtfully re-evaluating the relationship.
