Introduction

Hi, I'm Dr. Sarah. I have a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a MA in Clinical Psychology. My passion is helping individuals, couples and families navigate the complexity of their relationships while tackling whatever mental health challenges they may be facing. I have extensive experience working with complex and chronic mental health issues, including addiction, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, and grief. I help clients uncover root causes and develop practical tools to manage symptoms and improve their quality of life. I integrate the latest research on relationships, mental health, nutrition, gender, and spirituality to offer both emotional support and practical, evidence-based tools. Clients describe me as warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Whether you're seeking relief, clarity, or growth, I’ll meet you with respect, curiosity, and care.
