Introduction

Welcome, I am so glad you are here. For over 20 years, I have dedicated my heart and career to walking alongside individuals and families through life’s ups and downs. If you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult season, or simply looking for a safe space to heal and catch your breath, please know that you do not have to carry it all alone. Throughout my professional journey, I have been deeply privileged to connect with others from many different angles. I began my career as a social worker and spent over ten years as a foster parent. I have worked in leadership roles at the County and Non-Profit level. My focus has always been on nurturing hope and resiliency in others. In my private practice I serve a diverse group of individuals, my patients are first responders, high level professionals, parents, college students, couples and teens. I also work to support at risk youth as well as help families, school personnel, and first responders navigate the heavy toll of secondary trauma and compassion fatigue. Because of these experiences, I deeply understand the unique pressures you might be facing—whether you are a frontline worker holding things together for others, a parent trying to guide your teenager, or someone simply feeling worn out by life's demands. When you sit down with me, you will find a warm, gentle, and entirely judgment-free space. We will work as a team, moving at your pace, to help you feel heard, supported, and reconnected to your own strength. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I am already so glad you are considering it. I look forward to meeting you, listening to your story, and supporting you on your path to wellness and success.
