Introduction

This Is Where Growth Gets Real. Welcome. I’m Dr. Shakesha (“Dr. Shai”) Evans, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and I help individuals move from confusion to clarity, from survival mode to strategic living. This isn’t surface-level therapy. This is intentional, insight-driven, empowered transformation. I specialize in working with older adolescents and adults who are ready to better understand themselves, break patterns, and build emotional strength. My approach is relational, systems-based, and grounded in cognitive, behavioral, health, and attachment psychology. We don’t just talk about what’s happening — we identify why it’s happening and create a plan to shift it. Because when you understand your mind, you can lead your life. Empowerment Through Clarity In addition to therapy, I provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations to gain a deeper clinical understanding of your presentation. Services include: ADHD Testing Psychiatric Diagnostic Clarification Cognitive Assessments Personality Assessments Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations Assessment is not about labeling — it’s about liberation. When you have accurate insight, you make informed decisions. You stop questioning yourself. You move with confidence. Clarity creates power. My Philosophy Your input determines your output. Your mindset can either position you for growth or keep you in cycles that no longer serve you. Sometimes what’s needed isn’t more effort — it’s a mental reset and upgraded tools. Therapy with me is collaborative, strategic, and empowering. You will be supported — and you will be stretched. Because you deserve more than coping. You deserve thriving. If You’re Ready… If you’re ready to take control of your MIND — and therefore your direction, your decisions, and your destiny — this is your next step. You deserve peace. You deserve clarity. You deserve a high quality of life. Let’s get to work. Please Note: All clients must reside in Texas or be physically located in Texas at the time of telehealth sessions.
