Hi! I specialize in treating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety disorders, and individuals struggling with food noise or body image concerns while on GLP-1 medications or after bariatric surgery. I also work with families and couples navigating the challenges that arise when a loved one is struggling with an eating disorder, and I support clients managing emotional eating, chronic dieting patterns, and life transitions, such as changes related to school, relationships, career, and identity, as well as the everyday stressors of life.
