Introduction

I bring a compassionate, client‑centered approach to my work with adolescents and adults. My experience gives me a deep understanding of the many ways people experience and cope with emotional challenges. I specialize in supporting adult women navigating anxiety, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, and trauma, and I’m especially passionate about helping clients manage family conflict, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen communication so they can feel empowered. I support adolescent and young adult clients in navigating the complexities of developmental transitions by equipping them with practical tools to understand, manage, and regulate their emotions effectively.
