Introduction

Our work is structured to help you: - Understand what’s actually happening internally - Identify patterns that are keeping you stuck - Build emotional stability and clarity - Make aligned decisions moving forward We don’t rush the process or force change. We focus on insight, regulation, and intentional movement—so growth is stable, not reactive. HOW IT WORKS 1. Request a consultation Start by submitting a request through our secure portal. 2. We match you with the right clinician Based on your needs, we’ll guide you to the appropriate level of support. 3. Begin with a 90-minute Reset session This session helps you understand what’s happening, what it’s costing you, and what needs to shift. From there, we guide you into the next step—whether that’s continued individual support or group work. Investment All clients begin with a 90-minute Reset session: Bisola Adediji: $197 Dr. Tasha Kassar: $397 Ongoing support is recommended based on your needs and will be discussed after your initial session. Dr. Tasha Kassar, LPC-S — Founder I work with women who are used to holding everything together—but internally feel off, overwhelmed, or disconnected after seasons of disruption or identity shifts. My work focuses on helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface before trying to change it. Using the CHOSEN 5A Framework™, I guide clients through a structured process that builds clarity, stability, and direction. I primarily support clients navigating deeper identity work or more complex patterns. Bisola Adediji M.A., LMFT-Associate Supervised by Dr. Mike Bishop Bisola works with individuals navigating emotional overwhelm, relational stress, and life transitions—especially those who feel unsure where to begin. Within CHOSEN, she supports clients in the early stages of the process, helping them build awareness, stabilize emotionally, and begin understanding their patterns in a clear and structured way. Her approach is grounded, supportive, and paced—helping clients feel safe enough to engage the work without pressure. You don’t have to figure this out alone. Start with a consultation, and we’ll guide you through the next step.
