My practice focuses on centering the emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and cultural needs of clients. I became a clinician with the intent to offer high quality services to people who need more than a therapist. Providing culturally responsive services is my highest priority as a therapist and health and wellness coach. I help people heal from trauma and cope positively with toxic stress so that they can achieve their personal and professional goals. As a trained clinical complex trauma professional, professor, and coach, my services are for those who are truly committed to an authentic way of being in the world.
