Hi, I’m Dr. Leslie! I’m a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, fulfilling lives. My style blends evidence-based techniques with a warm, supportive environment, empowering you to explore your thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and foster personal growth. I use humanistic, attachment-based, and emotion-focused approaches to guide my work. I believe that relational wounds and trauma are often at the root of many of the struggles we experience. I help clients explore and process these wounds, while developing a deeper understanding of where the initial pain may have begun. When I speak of relationships, I am not only referring to relationships with partners or family. Our relationships can include our connections to work, religion, community, and other areas of life in which we relate to something outside of ourselves. I’m here to provide guidance and support as we work together to understand what may be making life feel difficult right now. Together, we can explore these challenges and create a path toward healing, resilience, deeper self-understanding, and meaningful change. Supervised by Dr. Roberta Rubin, Licensed Psychologist PSY #12748.
