I'm Dr. V - Clinical Sexologist, researcher, and licensed therapist specializing in body image, sexual confidence, and identity after major body transformation. My doctoral research on 800+ post-bariatric women became the foundation for The After Identity Gap - the framework behind everything I do. I got into this work because I lived it. Surgery, weight loss, and the realization that nobody prepared me for what comes after. The body changed. The brain didn't catch up. Sound familiar?
