Introduction

Therapy doesn't have to begin in a moment of crisis - it can be a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself. I’m a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Florida. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, emotion dysregulation, increased stress, and life transitions, helping them develop insight, confidence, and emotional balance. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you. I believe therapy should move at a pace that honors where you are and what you’re ready for. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in evidence-based interventions like CBT and DBT. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect—and how shifting these patterns can support both personal and interpersonal growth. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable and finding the right fit matters. I aim to build a warm, trusting relationship that helps you feel understood, supported, and empowered. My goal is for therapy to be both practical and meaningful—a space for reflection, growth, and genuine change. Please don't hesitate to reach out to see if my approach is right for you.
