Gracias por estar aquí. Soy la Dra. Eleana Muñoz Plata, psicóloga clínica, licenciada por el Departamento de salud de Puerto Rico con experiencia en el trabajo terapéutico con adultos, parejas y adolescentes, tanto en práctica privada como en contextos educativos. A lo largo de mi trayectoria he ofrecido psicoterapia individual y de pareja, así como talleres psicoeducativos dirigidos al bienestar emocional, la autorregulación, las relaciones saludables, el manejo del estrés, la comunicación y el desarrollo personal. Mi trabajo se caracteriza por un enfoque ético, integrativo y basado en evidencia, con especial atención a la comprensión de los procesos emocionales y al fortalecimiento de recursos internos que promuevan cambios sostenibles y significativos. Continuamente encuentro espacios que me permitan aprender sobre aspectos relevantes, seguros y necesarios en la disciplina de la Psicología para ponerlos en práctica y aplicarlos en las sesiones terapéuticas.
