Introduction

I'm a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Professional Counselor specialized in Infant & Toddler Mental Health in neurodiverse families. Serving individuals, couples and families through life transitions, understanding complex & quirky children, and navigating systems like schools, other health providers, and attorneys/family courts. At this stage, I'm also an Approved Supervisor with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and with the National Board of Certified Counselors. Mentoring the next generation of family therapists has been a mission. Currently in the Advocacy Chair position with the Rocky Mountain Family Therapy Network, and will be the Chair Elect between 2026-2028. I have piloted an innovative true co-treatment program integrating Occupational Therapy and Family Therapy for families raising neurodiverse children called CoRE - Coregulated and Engaged experiences. Because we cannot give what we have not experienced. Now an accidental specialty is serving as your therapist's Family Therapist.
